I am dedicated to helping families navigate the challenges of sleepless nights and find peaceful, restorative sleep. I work with families to improve sleep for babies, toddlers and young children aged 5 months to 4 years using gentle, responsive methods that prioritise both your child’s well-being and your parenting style.

As a parent myself, I understand the joy, exhaustion and worry that comes with parenthood. I know how tough those middle-of-the-night wake-ups can be and how it feels when you’re counting the minutes to bedtime, hoping for just a few more hours of rest. But I also know the transformative power of sleep - not just for your little one, but for your entire family. That is why I am passionate about guiding families towards practical, effective solutions that truly work.

We have a free introductory call where you can learn more about me, my services, I learn more about you, and we have a chat to see if we are a good fit for each other.

You complete a diary of your little one’s day and night routine and their sleep habits. I use this to create a bespoke plan tailored to your child’s needs.

I take you through your personalised plan step by step during a 1:1 consultation, and I answer all your questions along the way.

The sleep plan is yours to keep - it will be designed with your child in mind, aimed at achieving your sleep goals.

Step 5

3 weeks WhatsApp support where I will hold your hand and cheer you on every step of the way. I will be available to answer any queries on your journey to a better night’s sleep. As a bonus, you will also receive a handover email with more advice on how to manage your child’s next sleep milestone.

  • A baby sleep consultant is a trained, certified professional who specialises in helping parents create healthy sleep habits for their infants and toddlers. I provide personalised guidance to address sleep challenges such as night wakings, bedtime battles, and nap issues, using gentle, evidence-based methods that suit your family’s unique needs. A baby sleep consultant is not a one-size-fits-all thing - it's all about what fits you and your child. Think of it like having a baby sleep coach, cheerleader and problem-solver all rolled into one!

  • My 1:1 sleep packages are aimed at improving sleep for little ones aged 5 months to 4 years. Each stage comes with its own challenges and quirks, so I adjust my approach to match your child's age and development.

  • I am one of a handful of global sleep consultants licenced to practice the Comforting Through Change™ sleep training method. It is a very gentle method with a focus on providing verbal and physical comfort to help your child self soothe and settle to sleep independently. I don't use the cry it out method on my own child, so I wouldn't ask you to do the same.

  • I cannot guarantee there will not be any tears whilst making changes to improve your child's sleep. It is only natural for a child to cry as that is how they communicate when something is changing that they are not sure about at first. However this will not last long and I will support you every step of the way.

  • Not necessarily! I like to build off what is already working for you. Sometimes, it is just a matter of making a few tweaks here and there - maybe moving bedtime a bit earlier or adjusting how you handle wake-ups. The goal is to make the changes feel manageable, not overwhelming, because I know you've got a lot on your plate already!

  • I am confident that if we work together and you follow the plan, you will see start to see small improvements within a few days and you should achieve your desired results in 2-3 weeks.

  • Yes, absolutely. My daughter was 3 months premature so I have first hand experience of the challenges a preemie parent can face. All my sleep plans are tailored to the needs of the child, so I would use their corrected age as a starting point when it comes to their sleep needs.
